Hangar Rojo – A Gripping Political Thriller
Directed by Juan Pablo Sallato, Hangar Rojo delves into the moral complexities faced during Chile’s 1973 military coup. This Chilean-Argentinian co-production, inspired by Fernando Villagrán’s autobiographical chronicle “Disparen a la bandada,” is brought to life by Villano (Chile), Brava Cine (Argentina), and co-produced by Rain Dogs and Berta Film.
Giorni Innocenti – A Haunting Short Film
Marking the second short film of acclaimed theater director Giovanni Ortoleva, Giorni Innocenti explores the delicate dynamics of family and care. Produced by Rain Dogs, Berta Film and Eclettica, this short film blends classic drama with unsettling horror elements, set against the backdrop of a timeless, isolated home. The sound design, crafted by renowned DJ Gabry Fasano, adds a unique auditory layer to the narrative.
Duse – A Tribute to a Theatrical Legend
Directed by Pietro Marcello, Duse is a biographical drama starring Valeria Bruni Tedeschi as the legendary Italian stage actress Eleonora Duse. Set in the turbulent years between World War I and the rise of fascism, the film portrays Duse’s return to the stage and her unwavering commitment to art as a revolutionary act. Co-produced by Palomar, Avventurosa, Ad Vitam in collaboration with Berta Film, with Rai Cinema, Piper Film (Distributor) and Match Factory (International Sales), Duse is a poignant exploration of resilience and passion.
